What is Nest Assured?

Nest Assured is our insurance policy for tenants. If a verified property that you've booked has a significant discrepancy to the description and pictures online, send a description and pictures as evidence to info@nestpick.com, and call us within 24 hours of the rental start date. This also applies if you cannot access the property.

In this case, you will be able to terminate your lease agreement with the landlord, effective immediately, and we will pay for you to stay at a hotel for up to 30 nights while we find you another home as soon as possible.

N.B. Not every discrepancy is a significant one.
