How does messaging work?

Messaging is available with every listing, and you can start a conversation directly with the landlord.


The messaging dashboard will show the listing that you’re interested in on the far left column, and your messages will be in the centre. Landlords will respond directly in this stream, and we will also send you an email with their responses. You can select Reply in these emails, which will direct you back to your inbox on nestpick, but you cannot reply directly by email.

You can select “Request To Book” from the messaging dashboard to return to the listing page and proceed to checkout.
