How does messaging work?

Messaging is available with every listing, and prospective tenants will be able to start a conversation with you to ask questions and get to know the property.


Once a tenant sends you a message, you will see a notification at the top of your screen when you’re logged in, and we will also send you an email. You can click in “Reply to” in these emails, which will direct you back to your inbox on nestpick, but you cannot reply directly by email. You can see all your messages in your inbox, and respond to individual tenants regarding individual listings.

You can select “Edit Listing” from the messaging dashboard to return to the listing page and make any changes as necessary.
