Why is my listing not visible?

Your listing may not be visible because it is inactive. Go to your account and check if we have notified you with the following warning sign:

Reasons for an inactive listing include the following:

  • your listing is going through a quality check
  • the calendar has not been updated in a long time
  • we have not been able to reach you several times
  • there is information missing
  • your listing does not meet our quality standards
  • you have cancelled several booking requests after accepting them
  • you let several booking requests expire

If your listing was visible before and it has been taken offline, you should have received an email letting you know that it would be deactivated and telling you the reason for this. If you still don’t know the reason, please contact us. Reactivating your listing is a simple process from there.
