How often do I have to update the available dates of my listing?

Regular availability updates really help us to source the right tenants at the right time.

It is important that you update your availability when there is a change so you don’t receive booking requests for dates in which your listing will not be available.

The fresher your listing is, the higher it will be in the search page.

If your property is rented out at the moment, we will send you an email around one month before the end of the rented period to confirm that the dates have not changed. Please respond to confirm the dates or update them in case there are any changes. This way we can make your listing visible and find a new tenant in advance.
