How does my property get rented out?

Once your listing goes live, you will receive booking requests from interested tenants. Booking requests typically include as much relevant information as possible, including cover letters where tenants introduce themselves.

We send you an email every time you get a request, and you can always view them by logging into your nestpick account. You have 48 hours to accepr or decline a request after you receive it.

Once you accept a booking request and the booking is confirmed, the tenant transfers the deposit to nestpick. We will then put you in contact with your new tenant to arrange the move-in date, key handover and other details.

48 hours after the tenant moves in, we transfer their deposit to the bank account that you provided. The tenant will then continue to pay rent directly to the you.
