My listing isn't available, but I can offer another one. How do I do that?

If you have accepted a booking request for a listing which is no longer available, the best thing to do is contact us via landlords@nestpick.com.

Please keep in mind that the tenant may not accept the alternative listing.

If the listing is already live on nestpick, we can propose it to the tenant right away.

If the listing is not live, you can create it in your account or send the details to us and someone will work with you to get all the information together.

Please remember to update your listing available dates to avoid receiving booking requests during periods in which it is not available.
