What happens if a booking request is declined by the landlord or expires?

We want your first choice booking request to get accepted, but unfortunately it doesn't always work out.

If a landlord declines your booking request, we will send you an email right away and you can contact our Customer Experience team for feedback from the landlord.

If your booking request expires, we contact the landlord and let them know that this affects the visibility of their listings.

Either way, we encourage you to make as many booking requests as you need so you end up getting what you're looking for.
