When you have found a flat you would like to book, log in via email or Facebook, provide ID to prove you’re not a robot and place your payment.
This initial amount includes nestpick’s service fee for listing the property and your deposit of the landlord to secure your booking.
Once your payment is processed, the landlord has 48 hours to accept or decline your booking.
It is important to note that your booking is not guaranteed until it is accepted by the landlord.
If the landlord denies your booking, the entire amount will be refunded.
If the landlord accepts, we will hold the deposit for the landlord and transfer it to them 48 hours after you move into the property.
