What is your cancellation policy?

100% Refunds

If the landlord cancels or changes your booking request, we will refund your full payment.

If you cancel before the landlord accepts your booking request, we will refund your full payment.

50% Refunds

If you cancel the service agreement within 14 days of the landlord's acceptance of your booking request, we will refund 50% of the service fee.

0% Refunds

If you cancel after 14 days of the landlord's acceptance of your booking request, we will refund 0% of the service fee.

Once the landlord accepts your booking request, you have entered into a lease agreement with him/her. The security deposit that you have put down acts both as a holding deposit, i.e. that the landlord does not rent the property to another tenant in the meantime, and also as a security deposit, i.e. that you actually will move in to the property and meet the landlord's rent claims. If you want to terminate the lease agreement, you have to adhere to certain rules as laid out in our terms and conditions. We will refund your security deposit if you have terminated in a timely manner, and if the landlord does not have any valid claims for rent against you.
